Zachary D. Van Den Berg, MA, ATR-BC, LPC (they/them), is an artist, art therapist, and independent researcher whose work centers LGBTQIA+-affirming practices in art therapy. They are the editor of Queer Worldmaking in Art Therapy: Theory and Praxis (Routledge), co-editor of Approaches to Art Therapy: Theory and Technique, 4th ed. (Routledge), and founder and president of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Coalition for Queer Creative Arts Therapies, Inc. Zachary practices at Community Arts in South Austin, Texas, where they work with LGBTQIA+ people across the lifespan.
